Article 2. Use Of The Car
The car is delivered in perfect working order and in absolutely clean condition. The odometers and their connections are sealed and the seals are not to be carried off nor broken otherwise the rental shall be paid on standard rate of 200 miles a day.
The vehicle shall be returned in the same conditions of neatness, otherwise renter shall have to pay for the cleaning and overhauling cost. The five tyres are in fair condition without cut. In case of damage to one of them for a reason other than normal wear or tear, renter agrees to replace it at once by a same tyre and of an obviously similar wear.

Article 3. Gasolene And Oil
Gasolene shall be chargeable to customer, renter has to check regularly the oil and water levels and the levels of the gear box and rear axle. He shall warrant any addition by corresponding bills.
Article 4. Maintenance And Repairs
Normal mechanic wear and tear is Transferiste car rental responsibility. Any and all repairs arising from abnormal wear and tear due to want of care on the part of the renter shall not be chargeable to him and carried out by us.
In the event of the immobilization of the vehicles, the repairs shall be carried out only after written approval and according to instructions of Transferiste car rental. The repairs must be fully itemized in a receipted bill, the replaced defective parts ought to produced together with receipted invoice.
Under no circumstances, shall the renter be able to claim indemnity, either for delay in delivering the car, cancellation of the hiring or immobilization in the event or repairs carried out during the renting term. (1.1d) To refrain from admitting any responsibility from dealing or compounding with third parties regarding the accident.

Article 6. Hiring – Deposit – Prolongation
The rental fees as well as the deposit amount of fixed by the rates in force and are payable in advance.

Article 7. Repatriation Of The Car
Renter expressly prohibits himself from abandoning the vehicle. In the event of material impossibility the car shall be repatriated by Transferiste car rental at renter’s expenses, The rental being due until the return of the vehicle.
Article 8. Documents Of The Car
Immediately on the termination of the hiring and the return of the car, renter shall deliver the licences and all the documents required for it running, falling which the rental charge shall continue to be invoiced until their delivery to Transferiste car rental.
Article 9. Responsibility
Renter remains solely liable for any fines, reports and official statements drawn up against him.
Article 10. Jurisdiction
Any and all disputes which may arise between Transferiste car rental and the renter shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
Article 11. Discount
All allowances are calculated on the daily rental tariff and miles, ( not on the weekly rates ). Discounts are not allowed on ” Vacantions unlimited “.
